Fair Usage Policy
Every plan includes generous headroom for normal research. Fair usage keeps the platform fast and predictable for everyone, and it is enforced automatically — never by surprise invoices.

Credits are the unit of work
Each engine run, export and paid API call consumes credits; free-tier API endpoints cost nothing. Plan credits reset every billing cycle; purchased top-up credits never expire.
Rate limits protect the shared engines
Agent traffic is limited per minute, per hour and by burst according to your tier. Exceeding a limit returns a 429 with a Retry-After window — nothing is billed for a blocked call.
Batch caps scale with your tier
Domains submitted beyond your batch cap are truncated rather than rejected, so a large request still returns useful results.
One workspace per token
Agent tokens are scoped to the workspace that issued them. Sharing tokens across accounts, reselling raw API output, or scraping the platform is not permitted.
Automated abuse handling
Sustained limit violations are logged to the Error Relay Engine, escalated to admins, and may result in temporary throttling before any account action is taken.
No refunds, cancel anytime
All sales are final. Cancelling stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.
