This Privacy Policy explains how Global Traffic Domains (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Service. We follow the principles of GDPR and CCPA.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: email, display name, avatar (if provided).
  • Usage data: searches performed, domains watched, pages visited, request timestamps.
  • Billing data: processed by Stripe; we store only the subscription and customer identifiers, never card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, error diagnostics.

2. How We Use It

  • Provide and secure the Service.
  • Bill for paid subscriptions.
  • Send transactional email (auth, receipts, alerts you subscribe to).

  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process personal data under: (a) performance of the contract with you; (b) our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service; and (c) your consent, where required.

  • DataForSEO / WhoisXML / OpenPageRank — domain and SEO data enrichment.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. tax records). Aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely in a non-identifiable form.
