1. The Service
Global Traffic Domains provides domain intelligence, SEO metrics, expiry monitoring, and related analytics tools. Data is aggregated from third-party providers and is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from your account settings. You may cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of the current billing period and no further charges will occur. All subscription charges are final — we do not offer refunds.
4. Acceptable Use
- No scraping, resale, or redistribution of raw provider data.
- No use of the Service to attack, defraud, or infringe third-party rights.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, and compiled analytics, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to data you submit (e.g. watchlists), and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.
6. Third-Party Data
Metrics such as authority scores, backlinks, and traffic estimates are supplied by third-party providers. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or continuity of any third-party data source.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops all future charges; all sales are final and no refunds are issued.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
