Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Global Traffic Domains. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, email us within 7 daysof the initial charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Recurring Renewals

Renewal charges after the first billing period are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

3. Annual Plans

Annual plans are refundable pro-rata within the first 14 days. After that, they are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the term.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Usage-based add-ons already consumed (e.g. bulk-scan credits) are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@globaltrafficdomains.com from the address on your account with the subject “Refund request” and your order/invoice ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved in under 48 hours. Chargeback disputes may result in account suspension pending review.
